For any business, it is good practice to ensure that people are communicating at equal levels. It is not about impressing but rather banking on flexibility to understand one another, especially for people who come from different working cultures and personalities. Establishing a good mode and channel for being able to address issues, transactions and consummating deals is something that business partners and acquaintances would want to strike out.
There should always be room for misunderstanding and minor conflicts. Emotional involvement would usually become an obstacle but the truth behind it all is the fact that personal issues should be set aside from professional ones. While separating them is easier said than done, people who are able to set the barrier between the two areas are indeed the professional businessmen that have learned to train themselves in properly placing them in the right areas.
Good working relationships produce favorable results. It would all depend on the level of experience that a person would have on the given field. While this cannot be experienced immediately, it is best to set aside the non-business areas of concern to establish a flourishing partnership both in the internal and external aspect of business.
